The class is aimed at relieving tension from the back muscles. We strengthen the muscles responsible for our posture and bring our body and mind into balance.

Monday 17:30-18:30

Hatha Yoga

Classical Yoga with breathing exercises, longer holdings of asanas (yoga postures), meditation.

Wednesday 17:30-18:30

Hatha Yoga (in Russian)

Classical Yoga with breathing exercises, longer holdings of asanas (yoga postures), meditation. The main language of the class is Russian (with English translation possibility).

Wednesday 19:00-20:00

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Soft flow of asanas (yoga postures) to increase your strength and flexibility. Ideal for those who spend a lot of time sitting during the day.

Thursday 7:00-8:00

Qigong

Combination of movement, breathing and meditation. An ancient system to increase your health state.

Thursday 12:15-13:15
